Milan's Affordable Housing Challenge: Will the Olympic Village Provide a Solution?

Modern Amenities for Athletes

The newly designed accommodation for athletes boasts a variety of impressive facilities aimed at enhancing their experience. Among these features is a dedicated video game lounge, allowing athletes to unwind and enjoy their favorite games during downtime.

Relaxation and Nutrition

In addition to recreational spaces, the accommodation includes a massage room where athletes can relax and recover after intense training sessions. Furthermore, a diverse range of food options will be available, ensuring that nutritional needs are met for optimal performance.

Transition to Student Housing

Starting in September, this facility will also transition to accommodate students, catering to those who can manage the associated rental costs. This shift reflects a growing trend where athlete housing is repurposed to meet the needs of a broader student population.
